Shipping
UK:
- Standard delivery in 2-3 days: Free
- Express delivery in 1-2 days: £5
- Next weekday guaranteed delivery (except bank holidays): £10 (orders must be placed by 12pm)
EU:
- Standard delivery in 3-5 days: £15
- Standard shipping in 4-5 days for orders over £200: Free
- Please note that customs or duty charges for EU countries are not included in the shipping price. Customers are responsible for covering all import taxes and duties. The courier will reach out to you directly upon arrival in the destination country to assist with any necessary payments.
US:
- Standard delivery in 6-7 days: £8
- Standard shipping in 6-7 days for orders over £200: Free

Rest of the world:
- Standard delivery in 6-7 days: £15

In rare instances such as natural disasters, Royal Mail strikes, delivery incidents, custom clearance delays the delivery may take longer, up to 4 weeks. For any longer delays we may offer a refund, if requested. In order for us to process any refund requests the items first need to be delivered.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange if you request to return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Following your request, you have another 14 days to return the item.
Christmas period: All online orders placed between November 1st - December 31st can be requested to return until January 15th. You can gift your loved ones with ease of mind!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. The earrings are not refundable due to hygiene reasons.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and your reason to return at info@assuwa.co.uk.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we do not cover the return shipping.
If your country of residence is not the United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items such as custom products, special orders or personalised items cannot be returned.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
